Description:
The FlowProbe is a thermal mass flow meter that measures directly the flow rate of fluid in a pipe, near a pump or along the network.

The FlowProbe T20 is a thermal mass flow meter that measures directly the flow of fluid in a pipe.
The probe is constructed of stainless steel, with a diameter of 12 mm to fit in to a ½ inch gate valve. It is provided in a number of lengths including 100mm, 150mm, 200mm, 350mm (standard). The Flow Probe can be fitted to systems with a pressure rating up to 40 bar
- Thermal mass flowmeter
- Insertion probe
- All welded stainless-steel 316 body
- Measurement range 2-150cm/s or 3-300cm/s
- Accuracy: ±2% FS range (laminar flow)
- Repeatability: ±1%
- Pressure resistance 40bar
- Response time 1 second
- Supply voltage 24 V DC ±10 %
- Power consumption 2W
- Outputs: 4-20mA, Modbus or wireless connection (instantaneous flow value)
An easy to use, insertion probe thermal mass flowmeter that can be used for:
- Flow monitoring
- Dry-run protection
- Cooling water control
- Continuous mixing processes
- Continuous monitoring of very small quantities (in pharmaceutical applications)
The FlowProbe can be used to measure the flow rate of drinking water, distilled water, wastewater (less than 5% particles), process water, cooling tower water and more.
Thermancy calibration equipment is traceable to UKAS 17025:2017.
